True Harbor

Ramco developed True Harbor as a luxury single-family homes community. True Harbor is located off Montauk Highway in West Islip with waterfront access to the Great South Bay. The single family homes offer amenities including hardwood floors, ceramic tiling in the kitchen and bathroom, and spacious living areas with central air and gas heating. Residents opted for fireplaces, three-car garages, and custom marble and granite installation. The last units were completed and sold in 2004.
